Our Internship Talent Pool is designed for university students and fresh graduates who are looking to gain hands-on professional experience and explore potential career opportunities with us. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and develop practical skills in a collaborative environment.
 

What you will do:

• Support the team in day-to-day project and business activities.
• Conduct research, gather information, and assist with basic analysis.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and other project deliverables.
• Work closely with team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities.
• Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
• Develop your professional, analytical, and communication skills through hands-on experience.
  

Desired skills & experience:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in developing high quality materials and deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports with attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
