Full-stack Engineer Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Full Stack Engineer to join our team as an Associate Consultant. In this role, you will be actively involved in the end-to-end development lifecycle of web and mobile applications covering front-end, back-end, API integration, and post-deployment support. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects across industries, including banking and insurance.

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications across both front-end and back-end
• Collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
• Design and integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security standards are consistently met
• Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation to support seamless deployment
• Provide post-deployment support, including system maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to front-end UI/UX design considerations

Desired skills & experience:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
• Possess relevant experience, ideally in a consulting firm, banking or financial service companies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in developing high quality materials and deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports with attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
