About the job

You will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance practices and administrations, and facilitating effective communication between the company and shareholders/stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies. Liaising with internal stakeholders and notary and file necessary documents with regulatory agencies (e.g LKPM reports).
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and manage corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and shareholder communications.
  • Governance Practices: Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and practices, working together with OGC and RM team.
  • Communication: Bridge communication between the company and stakeholders/shareholders and external parties such as notaries and BKPM officers. Facilitate effective communication and information flow, including corporate detail requests from engagement teams.
  • Shareholder Relations: Assist in managing shareholder/director meetings and communications, including preparing draft for authority/proxy documentations.
  • Research and Analysis: Stay informed about changes in corporate laws and regulations. Conduct research and provide insights on governance trends.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management where required, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

Desired skills & experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in related function, ideally in professional services or complex corporate environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency in developing high quality materials and deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports with attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
